Zytomed Systems has been offering products of our partner company AmoyDx® for Real-Time PCR since 2015. In addition to kits for mutation detection, products for the detection of fusion transcripts (ALK, ROS1, MET exon14 skipping) and of pathogens, the HP virus, from different source materials are available. The PCR assays are compatible with many popular Real-Time PCR devices.

Advantages of the AmoyDx® Real-Time PCR assays:

The Super-ARMS™ EGFR mutation detection kit was developed especially for mutation detection in ctDNA – circulating DNA. It enables detection of 31 mutations in the exons 18 to 21 of the EGFR gene on ctDNA with a sensitivity of 0.2 - 0.8 % (e.g. T790M: 0.2%).
