The analysis on both DNA and RNA level permits the detection of 252 different gene fusions in addition to single nucleotide variants (SNVs), and insertions and deletions (InDels).
The AmoyDx® HANDLE Melanoma NGS Panel is a Next-Generation Sequencing-based assay for the qualitative detection of SNVs and InDels in nine key melanoma genes.
